Be diligent in our practice. You can see clearly whether you’ve any improvement when you are facing challenging scenario in life. Remember to pluck a flower for your “ENEMY”. Wish them well and happy too.

How do you handle when someone

Accused you?

Insult you?

Gossip about you?

Scold you?

Release anger to you?

Condemn you?

Defamation you?

Harm you?

Are you hold onto your grudge?

Apparently, there are 3 ways on how we are handling grudge.

First: Hold on strongly to Grudges.

It’s like to put a big stone in your garden. The stone will block your way and also you can’t plant anything.

You, yourself will be continuously living in such a suffering condition.

Sometimes, when I talked to people, they can still remember incident which was happened 10 years or 20 years ago, they kept the grudges seem like it was happened just now.

Life is full of misery and unhappiness!

You penalize yourself again and again for the same scenario.

Why are you treating yourself so badly?

Is it worth it?

Second: Let go all grudge

It’s like smashed the big stone to the smaller size and start to plant flowers on top of it.

To let go the whole incident, to ensure ourself in peace, harmony and happy.

Nothing can bother our peaceful life!

Third: To forgive our “enemy” and live harmony with them.

To pluck the flowers and give to the person who harm you.

A strong practice needed in order for us to present the flowers to our “ENEMY.”

We take the 1st step to forgive, to live harmony with our “ENEMY”.

Moreover, we do our best to understand our “enemy” and to help them to live happily too.

The choice is on your hand.

Let go all grudges, forgive and live harmony with the person who harm us.

I defeat my enemys when I make them my friends.
